Huabang was founded by Xiao Kunkun in August 2006 in Shanghai and is a professional engine parts supplier. With the efforts of all colleagues, the company has achieved significant and rapid growth in various aspects after more than a decade of development.
1. Main Products: From the initial single product of cylinder heads to the current range including cylinder heads, cylinder head assemblies, cylinder head assembly accessories, cylinder head bolts, cylinder head covers, oil pans, engine blocks, mid-blocks, bare engines, engines, gearboxes, differentials, turbochargers, carburetors, crankshafts, camshafts, connecting rods, push rods, rocker arms, valves, cylinder liners, flywheels, crankshaft pulleys, power steering pumps, steering gears, and fan blades.
2. Business Scope: From the initial export trade of cylinder heads to the current processing and assembly of cylinder head assemblies and distribution of other engine parts.
3. Business Location: From an office of less than 100 square meters in a Shanghai office building in Xujiahui to the current production and operation area of over 28,000 square meters across three major cities: Shanghai, Changsha, and Shaoyang (own standard factory buildings).
4. Number of Employees: From 7 to 45.
5. Annual Sales: Over 12 million yuan in 2007, over 90 million yuan in 2021.
6. Market Customers: From the earliest 100% foreign auto parts wholesalers to current foreign auto parts wholesalers, remanufacturing and refurbishment plants, commission agents, as well as domestic aftermarket wholesalers, repair shops, foreign trade companies, and cross-border e-commerce. The number of served customers has grown from a dozen to over 500.
7. Management Operations: From the initial shortage of manpower, unclear division of labor, and incomplete systems to the current operations being as standardized as possible according to national laws and regulations and industry practices in areas such as business, taxation, environmental protection, fire safety, labor relations, and management.
8. Development Goals: The initial main business goal was to ensure the survival of the company. Now, the development goal is to enable all colleagues to live better lives, create value for customers and partners, make the company larger, stronger, and more professional, promote industry progress within our capabilities, and contribute to society.
